We invite you to apply for the AMPLIFY Learning Program: Bootcamp & Hackathon, designed to provide professionals from Romania, Greece and Hungary with the skills and knowledge to support inclusive and resilient communities. The program has two phases: a Bootcamp and a Hackathon, offering an intensive learning experience focused on social inclusion, diversity, trauma and self-care.
Program overview
Stage 1: Bootcamp – Social Inclusion and Resilience
Period: June 2-4, 2025
Location: Casa Vlasia, Snagov, Romania
This 3-day intensive Bootcamp brings together professionals from diverse backgrounds to explore key topics such as: social inclusion and diversity; the impact of trauma; mental health and self-care.
With an experiential and non-formal learning approach, including role-plays, case studies, reflection and peer learning, in this bootcamp participants will deepen their understanding of these themes and learn practical tools to address the challenges of working with vulnerable groups.
Stage 2: Hackathon – Social Innovation
Date: September 8-9, 2025
Location: Budapest, Hungary
Building on the Bootcamp experience, the Hackathon provides a collaborative space for the development of innovative project ideas to create inclusive and resilient spaces. Participants will apply their acquired knowledge and skills to design concrete solutions. The Hackathon will include expert feedback and best practice sharing and a pitching school.

Eligibility criteria:
To apply, candidates must fulfill the following conditions:

Professional experience: practitioners working directly with vulnerable groups (young people at risk of exclusion, refugees, ethnic minorities, people with disabilities, young people leaving care, institutionalized children and young people, etc.).

Language skills: minimum level B2 conversational English (program will be in English)

Organizational Support: To be nominated by and have the support of his/her organization to implement and test the ideas/initiatives developed within this programme
