Between May 7-9, 2025, two facilitators of CONCORDIA Academia – an employee and a volunteer – participated in a teaching/learning mobility organized in Vienna, Austria, together with CONCORDIA Social Projects. The aim of this experience was to put into practice the concepts and methods learned during previous mobilities – the Art of Hosting principles, play & playfulness and to check the co-training dynamics in the context of onboarding new trainers in the team.
During the mobility, the two participants worked together to prepare the sessions and evaluate them based on mutual observation and reflection. Openness and constructive communication played a key role, encouraging the provision of real-time improvement-oriented feedback. An important outcome of this mobility was mutual learning: the two participants had the opportunity to observe and learn from each other’s style, strengths and expertise, reflecting together on possible improvements.
The experience strengthened the international collaboration in the network of CONCORDIA organizations and added value to the professional skills related to management/leadership and communication for 12 professionals involved in supporting vulnerable communities.
