Whom it adresses

The training program addresses the practitioners (social workers, psycho-teachers, educators, medical workers, vocational advisers etc.) from the public and private social sector working directly with persons going through social vulnerability situations.

The training program has a modular structure whose duration may vary between 240 and 360 hours, including practice internship between modules. The training sessions can be organized face-to-face or in blended format (face-to-face training alternated with online synchronous training). Depending on the needs and interests of the participants, the structure can be adapted. Up to present, we developed formats dedicated to the practitioners working with beneficiaries with mental health disorders or youth who are about to leave the protection system.

Participation in the training program with a duration of 20 days allows access to the final examination and the possibility to receive a diploma issued in cooperation with the University of Applied Sciences in Vorarlberg (Austria) with 12 ECTS.

Addressing clients in difficult situations, social diagnosis and counseling in sensitive interventions such as crises, trauma, addictions and violence are just some of the elements of a course that provides the necessary framework for public and private social sector practitioners to properly address people in social vulnerability.
