CONCORDIA Academy select 2 facilitators/trainers to participate in a teaching/learning mobility on the theme developing management, leadership and communication skills in social work.
The mobility will take place in Vienna, Austria, between May 7-9, 2025 (travel days May 6 and 9, 2025), with the participation of about 12 colleagues from CONCORDIA Social Projects (teaching in English, draft agenda here).
The aim of the mobility is to to test specific concepts and methods of adult experiential learningfacilitation principles Art of Hosting, game integration – gamification & playfulness and the co-training, according to CONCORDIA Academia training philosophy.
Learning outcomes for the team of facilitators/trainers are:
1.Setting common objectives
2.Constructive communication and improvement feedback
3.Efficient time and task management in the context of co-training
4.Harmonious co-facilitation of sessions
5.Shared reflection and mutual learning
Selection will be carried out internally from among the team of adult education facilitators/trainers working with CONCORDIA Academia, based on an analysis of the correspondence of existing competences with those in the training program and the availability to travel during the program. This analysis will be carried out by mobility program coordinator and training program responsable. The outcome will be communicated during the team meeting.
Costs
Transport, accommodation and meals for the participants will be provided within the framework of the Adult Education Mobility Programme implemented by the Humanitarian Organization CONCORDIA (2023-1-RO01-KA121-ADU-000131534).
