Three employees and collaborators of CONCORDIA Academy participated, in the period April 14-18, 2025in the Erasmus mobility “Game-Based Learning and Gamification” organized in Prague, Czech Republic by ICT. The program was designed for education professionals, including adult education and aimed to develop the skills needed to integrate game-based methods and modern digital applications into the teaching process to create innovative and engaging learning experiences.

The training aimed to stimulate collaboration, critical and creative thinking and to improve media and digital skills in an interdisciplinary context. The agenda included interactive sessions on using games and playful strategies in teaching, integrating mobile devices and QR codes, learning coding through video games, online simulations, outdoor games and digital storytelling. Participants explored Open Educational Resources (OER) and developed individual projects for concrete application of new knowledge.

The mobility brought direct benefits not only to the CONCORDIA Academia team, but also to the final beneficiaries – the adults with whom the organization works in its educational programmes. The experience has enhanced continuous professional development, strengthened lifelong learning strategies and provided an international perspective on educational practices and policies, promoting mutual respect, intercultural awareness and shared values in education.
