CONCORDIA Academia is selecting 2 facilitators/trainers to participate in a job shadowing mobility to be organized from 26-27 May 2025 at the Heinrich Pesch Haus organization in Ludwigshafen, Germany. The mobility is designed for staff and volunteers involved in the development and implementation of programs and partnerships in the field of Adult Education.
Special attention will be paid during this mobility to deepening the organizational aspects of inclusive education centres, developing and maintaining strategic partnerships at community level, identifying and implementing sustainable funding models. An important component will be the exchange of best practices on pedagogical methodology and the creation of relevant and participant-centered learning programs. Find here the proposed agenda.
Costs
Transport, accommodation and meals for the participants will be provided within the framework of the Adult Education Mobility Programme implemented by the Humanitarian Organization CONCORDIA (2023-1-RO01-KA121-ADU-000131534).
The selection will be made on the basis of the interest expressed at academia@concordia.org.ro, based on an analysis of the match between the applicant’s profile and the learning objectives. Participants must be willing to travel between May 25-28, 2025 and must have conversational English. The deadline for expressions of interest and submission of CVs/cover letters is April 25, 2025.
