CONCORDIA Academia launches the selection process for 2 participants from within the organization who will take part in a mobility organized by ANSE (Association of National Organizations for Supervision and Coaching in Europe), which will take place in Paris, France.
The aim of the mobility is to strengthen the organization’s relationship with ANSE and with the European supervision and coaching network, by picking up and adapting methods and good practices to be subsequently integrated into the organization’s current work.
Participant profile:
- Supervising or coaching professionals within the organization;
- Persons responsible for activities or programs that include supervisory and coaching components;
- Open to exchange of experience and international collaboration;
- The ability to transfer acquired knowledge and tools to the organization.
Obligations of selected participants:
- Active involvement in mobility sessions and activities;
- Take up and adapt the methods and good practices discussed at the event;
- Promote and integrate them into the organization’s processes;
- Contribution to strengthening the collaboration with ANSE and the network member organizations.
