The first consultation in Romania with social professionals about the competencies of the future within the FOCUS project – Forward Looking Social Europe Skills took place on Wednesday, September 16, 2020.

We enjoyed the participation of 20 professionals who under the guidance of an unbeatable team of Diana Stafie – expert #foresight FutureStation and Adriana Popescu – expert in innovation and social management together discovered the trends that will influence the social field in the perspective of 2030.

Together we looked for answers to the question of the day “What is the key competence of the social professional in the perspective of 2030?”

The most frequently mentioned characteristics of the future professional were flexibility, openness to change, resilience, desire for continuous development, spirit of initiative.

Next consultations will be dedicated to employers in the social sector.
