Supervision services

We provide supervision services

Supervision supports the professionals’ development through a guided process of reflection, helps identify the role of the professional, acquirement of their responsibilities and good operation of the team and solutioning the challenging cases of the beneficiaries. Often the word “supervision” leads us into error, in Romanian language having the connotation of “control, supervising”, when actually the supervisor has the role of a facilitator who helps the professional or the team in identifying their own solutions. Supervision in social services by an external person is stipulated in the social services standards.

The supervisors in the CONCORDIA Academia team, each of them with a long-term experience in social services, can offer supervising services accredited in the social field, for a fee. You can benefit both from individual supervising sessions (50-minute duration) as well as group / team supervising sessions (90-minute sessions).
